Totnes Chess Club

We are a friendly club open to chess players of all ages and abilities. Members from beginners to experts can play in our internal leagues and we host regular blitz evenings - very fast and great fun! The club fields teams in competitions run by the Torbay Chess League and the Devon County Chess Association.

Club evenings are 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from September to May at 6.30 pm. The venue is The Assembly Room, Royal Seven Stars Hotel, The Plains, Totnes, TQ9 5DD

Also: casual chess open to all in the Totnes Cinema Café (27a High Street, Totnes, TQ9 5NP) from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm every Saturday throughout the year.
